people don't get denied entry for spending 60 days previously in Thailand. It's when they try and live in Thailand on tourist visas/exemptions. People that encounter issues have normally spent 6+ months here especially back to back entries and they'll often receive warnings from immigration that they'll be denied next time.

would agree with this, public hospitals whilst woeful conditions actually deal with complex cases. Private is about simple cases and making money.

the injections when given are incredibly painful, I've had them before. It's odd that it's resulted in these side effects.

yep, it's lidocaine for pain then kenalog. Corticosteroid.

Siriraj is a highly regarded public hospital that tends to deal with complex cases. They have a private hospital connected called Siriraj Piyamaharajkarun Hospital, might be worth consideration.

but you could do that with every expense in life. May as well live in the the cheapest possible accommodation and eat as cheap as possible then and invest the rest and never enjoy life

You'd need a visa after you've used your 2 exempt land crossings. Agents can't even get around the limit. Possibly the only option is to apply for TV every 3 months even if you don't use it.
