I’m at a hotel right now, on my 86th day since my last arrival. So the hotel files the TM30 with the hotel’s address and next week I do the 47 online using the hotel’s address. Correct?
When I tried to do it online before it was rejected because my address (my real address) wasn’t the same as what a hotel had apparently told them a few weeks prior.
Several things in the document don't make sense. For instance, one cannot establish the funds are "untouched 3 months after extension is granted" because "3 months" is well after the visa would have expired. And I was very specifically told by the immigration officer that health insurance is *not* required. Furthermore, no longer issue TM6 departure cards.
Ellie, first of all --- thank you. Everything on that list was submitted (and approved) when I got the O visa in January. That's why I asking. All of it was already given to them at Changwattana.
James, and the amount of cash currently in my Thai bank account is irrelevant? If someone has 10 million baht in a Thai bank account they must find 800,000 more from another country?
I don't mean transfered into someone else's account. It would be my account. But it's a mutual fund. It's not liquid cash. I do not wish to cash out the fund. So I want to know if it can be transferred as a fund, into a Thai ____. (In the US they are called brokerage firms, like Schwab or Fidelity).
