Where did you get the info that immigration does not have the visa information in their database?

Did you not read the reports of a lot of people that were saying they did not need to show their visa at all, because it was already in their system.

At CNX they only want to check if DTV holders entering comply with requirements.

They will not cancel your visa, but when you use a visa you've got for attending a soft power activity and do not attend that, technically indeed you use the visa illegal.

For now chances you get caught with this are low.

What do you mean with use QR codes to pay for amost everything?

As far as I know QR PRomptpay does not work with Wise, only transfers to other Wise accounts.

If bank account is important don't apply for tourist visa like DTV. Bank can find out if they ask you for visa.

In rare cases IO might check if you comply with visa requirements, but they cannot expect you to have all documents on paper all the time, soin the rare case you get checked they should accept your bank app as sufficient proof.
