I highly suggest you to unlock the advance account, you'll be able to pay bills, pay online shopping and platform, get a virtual Thai debit card, 30 free pay scan to private and unlimited pay scan to business accounts, can transfer money on bank accounts and get a qr which people can use to transfer money to you. It's the closest thing to a bank without having a bank

I brought cash with me which I use to top up true money. I've heard it's possible to withdraw with your credit card at the bank without paying the 200something baht commission (but I'm not totally sure), with that u can top up your true money. I believe you already updated to advance user with your dtv, didn't you?

I asked my taiwanese bank to provide me all the Bank statement with movements for 3 months (it was done on the spot in 5mins). Anyways, they pretty much want to see your salary going in the bank. I'd suggest you to highlight on your pdf all the transactions of salary going in. About the rental I'd suggest to ask your partner to provide you the original contract and a cover letter where the partner states that both of you will live under the same roof. That should be more than enough.

Just write a cover letter stating that you are employed and u are allowed to work from remote in particular from Thailand. Print it out and bring it to your boss asking for sign and stamp.
