What are the alternatives to True Money for payments in Thailand on a DTV visa and can I transfer paperwork when buying a motorbike?

Hey peeps, can anyone advice on:

1. Any tips on alternatives for apps/platforms (True Money or or..?) that allow scanning for payments in Thailand if we can't open a Thai bank account on a DTV visa? -- Also, how do you top it up? I got True Money but it seems like I can only link it to a Thai bank account, which obviously defeats the purpose.

2. Anyone knows if it's possible to transfer paperwork when buying a motorbike? I'm not sure it can be done on a DTV visa? If so, any idea of what documents are needed?
