I didn’t show income, just savings since I applied with Soft Power. But I maintained the 15K for consecutive 6mos, each month had that amount.

There seems to be a lot of confusion and misplaced frustration around this approval. It’s been noted on several posts that every embassy is different. I clearly and thoroughly laid out my approval process; and while I welcome questions, some of these comments show other potential issues with comprehension.

My post was to help others who are applying from the LA Embassy, especially since there isn’t much conversation about this specific Soft Power program. If your embassy requires more documents or other Soft Power courses, that is at their discretion. But please don’t take your frustrations out on me— let’s keep the discussion productive and maintain common sense.

I did it willingly to be safe. Kept seeing “3-6 months” so I just sent 6.
