 I just got it now and said I needed it for Driver's License. They also said I could get one for a bank account so I tried that too. We'll see once I get it if I am able to open a bank account or not.

I saw someone in this group said they opened up a bank account with a Certificate of residence. I also hear they can't on a DTV so I'm flustered.
