My understanding is you need at least all the same documents you originally applied with, but updated. Please let me know if there’s something else they ask for when you go in. The last time I went to phuket immigration they were quite helpful but I wasn’t on DTV at that time
the official never said they didn’t want extensions, he simply mentioned that if you’re staying 360 that’s when they want all the original documents to offer such a long time
That seems pretty easy to me. If you’ve already done the paperwork before shouldn’t be difficult to do it again. And an extra picture, a printed off map, a letter, and a photocopy? Simple. Shouldn’t take more than 3 hours to get all that completed if you know how to focus and do paperwork.
I don’t see any issue with getting a 180 extension. It’s the same paperwork as getting the original visa. A couple hours of paperwork is better than the hassle of flying out of country for me.
