I live in San Diego so I used the link to the Los Angeles Consulate. It was a breeze although I am not a digital creator. Previously I owned a company that imported from China and sold on Amazon. Im reopening the business and need to find new suppliers in a country my president doesn't hate. I sent in an old invoice from my supplier and a jpg of an amazon listing. I actually used statements from my retirement accounts for the money in the bank. I believe they want to approve these visas so give them what a reason to. I figure there are 3 basic things they are looking for. Can you earn money while you are living in Thailand. They dont want more bums Do everything you can to convince them it's possible. Show that you have the 500k baht so they know you will survive without becoming a bum. I also show strong ties to San Diego so they would know Im coming back the US and won't be a bum in thailand. Just got mine. Took all of 48 hours. They did not ask for income but you will probably need some proof that somebody is going to pay you or you can make money so you don’t end up being one of those guys sitting on the steps of royal garden drinking beer out of a paper bag

I think you’ll probably have to go to bangkok. I don’t think there are any buildings that are 120 years old in Pattaya
