I don't see how rude answers help anyone.

Your story or what airline you took or why you came here is not relevant to the topic. Why are you so defensive about this airline and valid criticism, especially if you have never flown with it?

If you feel people complain too much, as I often find, then why use Facebook? When they bitch, I just ignore them or go to another post.

Someone asked a question and I gave my opinion, with valid reasons stating I had researched it at the time. research without being rude.

There were many people with far less valid comments simply saying "I don't like KLM". I was clear and specific. Why does my experience bother you so much that you feel some bizarre need to invalidate it?

And who actually says that? " as they say, so beautiful - for your ass".

That is understandable if you feel many people are complaining, but I only made one comment. I did"trash the airline". I said I had a bad experience, gave my reasons why, said it happened to others and made my comment based on research. I went out of my way to say the other qualities were OK.

David Hattan Based on other comments Hans has made, he takes great personal interest in defending KLM without even reading what he is replying to. I suspect he has a family member working there or is part of their volunteer damage control team.

Yes OMG Hans. Not just me. They have a bad reputation for this. It happens often to many people with KLM. OMG

Sarcasm without reading my post carefully not appreciated. Did you even bother to read it? If you had, you would realize your answer makes no sense and is not based on what I wrote. Based on other comments you made, it seems like you work for their damage control team.
