Write your own letter of employment from yourself to yourself explaining your work and specifically that you are able to work remotely in Thailand but not for any thais or Thai companies and sign it yourself

 you have to do the 800 k method for the first extension and if you also deposit the 65k monthly that first year you can use monthly deposit for the second extension
