π - if you do work with a gallery get them to write a letter outlining your relationship and how it works (eg, the commission rate, how long you've worked with them, the amount of sales you make in a year, and their commitment to continuing to show your work etc). As some people in this comment thread have shown, people don't really understand how the arts work, so you really just have to be clear about how it all works.
Yes. You apply as a freelancer / digital nomad / talent. You would need to show income from your work (eg, you work with a gallery based outside of Thailand who sells your work to clients outside of Thailand).
TY hmmm, yea none of my income is taxed at source due to agreements between countries and my tax status back home. Am happy to pay the tax, socialism π€π
Ya, I see. Iβm just a business with one person, ha, me, self employed. Yea, have seen some stuff online and makes me weary to figure out what is misleading. Maybe I have it wrong though, in my home country itβs very easy to find a small local accountant who will file income tax. Thank you! :)
TY! This might be above and beyond for me. Maybe one day! Just needing to pay income tax with only one type / source of income, very simple. I keep all my own records, just need help with getting a number and then filing it. Ty Kaa.
