when I applied there was the situation that multiple documents could be uploaded - passport (all pages including covers and blank pages); proof of residence, employment contract and others as requested.

One cannot expect the embassy staff to do your work for you. If they receive 52 individual documents that comprise the complete passport it’s not their job to try and compile them into 1 complete document. If the applicant cannot do this maybe it shows a limitation on their abilities and it’s a natural selection process to exclude those applicants.

I should have said this is a ‘visa’ group. This group is about visa advice. You can get far better ‘living in Thailand’ advice from many other groups.

I guess it's because you appear to be a genuine tourist - there for a short time each time and no extensions.

Just keep a copy in your passport. It’s not difficult.

it appears that you don't know the visa rules. Your 60 day entry sounds like a visa-free entry.
