I have no idea tbh. I just thought that if it’s single entry, but you leave for a while and come back, that is what the purpose of the re entry permit was. I’d love some clarification on this for sure.

We are flying to Thailand 1st November and then visiting friends in Australia for 10 days in the middle of November. Then back to Thailand until beginning of February. I was going to do the 60 day, 30 day extension, and just get a re entry permit when we popped to Australia. Is that cost effective, or would a METV be better? We go to Thailand often, and would plan to go back next March. TIA for any advice

that’s why I asked. I’ve never done it before, and we’re leaving from Samui via international departures. Thanks for the input ( albeit a bit pedantic) I’ll find a different route to advise me going forward 👍

I screenshotted my balance and I’ve had two 60 day visas so far, so it seems they accept this.
