I had a Brazilian friend who got a 15 day extension on a 90 day visa exempt stamp(If I remember correctly)... I assume Korean's will get the same. That's my belief... not fact.

I believe you will get a 15 day extension, if you entered on a 90 day visa exempt stamp, as a Korean national.

Not required to do a TM30 in Samui. Only on long-term extension is it required.

At some borders, such as Ranong, you are asked to show your work permit with the multi non-b visa.

I was denied exit there, 2 years ago, as I had stopped working but still had time left on the visa.

It was no problem to fly out and in again from DMK.

I had a 1 year multi entry from the UK. This was extended in Thailand.

-Apply 30 days before admitted until stamp expires.

-Get 30 day consideration stamp.

-Go back on date stamped in your passport to get remaining 11 months stamped.

-Every 90 days report your address.

-If you plan to leave then apply for re-entry permit to avoid losing your extension.

You will need 400k thb in a Thai bank account for 2 months prior to application(in your name). You will get a 30 day consideration stamp, where they approve your extension and then you go back to get the remaining 11 months stamped in to your passport.

Are you not able to get a work permit on your non-o extension of stay?
