There's character limit for the Colored Back Banner of the post & i wanted it remain colored instead of WHITE if one happens to cross the character limit. Folks in here, like you, would pick on the sentence formation instead of addressing the genuine spirit behind it. Its a simple gaslighting approach that they'd automatically deny as well.
Apparently IF one crosses the character limit one can have a WHITE background (pun intended ofcourse) 😆🤣
kindly get oer your misleading political correctness, will you.? Its not not amusing.
Having "Castro" for a second name you'd know that there is real credence to this post & not some WILLY NILLY celebration few may have just because a CUBAN AMERICAN made it to being a Secretary of State.
exactly. Most English speakers from India are competent enough if they have had formal schooling in it.
The competency can be much higher as well at times. However even they don't stand good chances when compared to an average native Eng Speaker.
The host country is biased as well and somehow has the ingrained prejudice that they will learn well if it's with Native Speakers. Imagine being OK with some Scot, Irish, Welsh Indivdual for an English teacher.

does the innate arrogance & entitlement come naturally to native speakers?
All competencies being equal, barring the nationalities, why is there a bias only for Native Speakers??
Does it ever get any clearer than this?
@Bret Wilkins you're not incorrect at all.. An undisclosed sense of validation is seen by seeking only native English speakers, both by employer & potential employee.
