besides going for the automatic bias, the employers/ agents need to atleast fairly guage the competencies of the language of candidates. Often it's shut out in preliminary stages itself.

There's character limit for the Colored Back Banner of the post & i wanted it remain colored instead of the "forceful WHITE" if one happens to cross the character limit. Folks in here would pick on the sentence formation instead of addressing the genuine spirit behind it. Its a simple gaslighting approach that they'd automatically deny as well, including you.
