I also did the test and go in December with the Novotel and they were great with the communication. As Martin said, make sure you use this email address.
Yes, I did reapply with a different email address when I hadn’t heard anything for 6 days. Ended up with 2 approved passes within a day of the second application!
I did my test and go at the Novotel Bangkok airport. Arrived around 4.30pm, and was in my room 35 mins later having completed the testing formalities after check in. Very efficient. Hospital emailed the result at 10.30pm
- once you receive your results (negative) you are free to leave. It was around 10.30pm when the email arrived so I was happy to stay the night following the long flight
I've just completed the test & Go at the Novotel BKK airport. Checked in around 4.00pm and did the PCR immediately afterwards. Very efficient. Results came by email just over 6 hours later. 4900 baht which included everything.
