Has anyone re-applied for a Thai pass using a different email whilst they have one pending? I submitted my application almost two weeks ago and still haven’t received anything from them?

Yes, I did reapply with a different email address when I hadn’t heard anything for 6 days. Ended up with 2 approved passes within a day of the second application!

that’s what I thought but people seem to think you can send in multiple applications at the same time so I’m not sure

you can

Applying again shouldn't affect anything. Most likely you'll just end up with 2 valid passes.

Have you gone back to the Thailand Pass (TP) webpage to check your status ? And check your junk or spam box
