I applied at Hanoi Friday morning 3am and got a request for further document email at 2pm same day (bank statement)

I submitted it at 4pm Friday.

Do you think there’s any chance they will approve it today or during Tet?

I’ve heard people being sent approval emails over the weekend so not really sure how it works.

I arrived into Vietnam last night and submitted my application to Hanoi at 3am today.

I then got an email at 2pm today requesting one supporting document (proof of salary via bank statements)

Because of the file size thing it took me a while to figure out how to get it under 3mb but submitted at 4pm today.

So, let’s see what happens. They must be trying to expedite all of them in Vietnam because of Tet because that seems very quick to request a document so soon after submission.
