I handed mine into my gp they have your medical records so know if you been treated for any of diseases.cost £10 for them to complete

Before I joined this group I did not know about tm30 but twice I have just went to immigration to extend tourist visa. Was in and out 30 mins with 30 day extension . As now got year visa want to make sure get everything sorted so no problems in future.
