I will be in Thailand for the whole of April for the last few days I want to visit Singapore then fly back to Thailand but as a transit passenger, but it will be on separate tickets though. Will I have to redo my Thaipass?

I just want to connect to my flight back to London and not re-enter Thailand after flying back from SG

Yes you are free to go to Krabi after your first night in the test and go in Phuket
