Was recently approved for spouse DTV from US. The application info is pretty much the same as the main DTV application. I’d say as long as your info matches up to main applicant, and you have a marriage certificate, and a copy of the approved DTV main applicant you should be fine! I provided same intended dates of stay (ie: flight and hotel) as well as the same proof of address document and financial statements (since our account is shared) that was submitted by the main applicant.
