Danang for many reasons, but for visa run airport is low stress and a cheap fast grab ride from everything. Easy to get high quality accomodation for peanuts, lots of food options. Singapore is ok if you have money to burn. Cebu and Manila are both pretty awful especially Cebu.

Philippines probably worst value country in Asia, especially for accommodation. Thailand much Morecambe expensive than before but much better value.
