No quarantine in January is just speculation. It does tie in with Thai Air's opening routes between here and there, but for now it's all guessing!

I am fully-vaccinated. I can do blue-zone sandbox.

My VFS (Goa) is closed, so Mumbai said courier the application to them.

It isn't 15 days, it's 15 working days, so closer to 3 weeks.

As a UK citizen, I have no idea what they will charge me for a tourist visa!

Domestic tourists are.

Tourist visas are only available for 30 days now, so with quarantine confusion, etc, a lot of people are being put off coming I think. Mid-Nov, when scheduled flights come could be a different matter!

You can travel around but PCR tests are required and checked between states. (Maybe not all states).
