Anonymous participant Yes, some have been asked to show evidence of continued SP activity on arrival. SP is the most common form of bogus applications and there has been a clampdown since late last year from application to reentry on this option. There are random stops, not all entrants will be asked but it is a big risk not to have evidence of continued activity on arrival for SPers.

There was someone who said they got a DTV via a language course from the embassy in London. You should contact the embassy you will apply from to confirm if they accept language courses. The edu visa covers Thai language courses. Many embassies don't approve such courses for the DTV.

yes, even for one day , they have to submit it. I akways try to find airbnbs that list the TM30 filing or message the owner if they do not.

Check with your Airbnb host that they do the TM30, many post on their listing that they will file the TM30

You can apply in many countries with a UK passport. I applied in Taipei with mine. You can apply in any country which accepts non residents.

Ok, that would make things more challenging for rejected applicants, especially those who are not given a clear reason for rejection.
