The agency you allegedly used has "horror" stories of applicants being denied without reason given. Applicants applying themselves have been asked to show additional accounts. When I applied for mine, I was asked for additional bank statements. It is ok to share a story but it is important to be real and suggesting your "agent" fixes issues that cannot be done directly by yourself is misleading to put it politely.

Applicants who have bank accounts not acceptable by an embassy have been asked to resubmit appropriate bank statements. Not unusual to be asked what visa one was on when having a bank account. Applicants have been able to communicate with embassies regarding application issues similar to the ones you detail and gained approval.

Why would an embassy ever say submit a bank account, no matter how much is in it? What situation? Your attempt to demonstrate an agent is able to overcome difficulties with applications is understood but give realistic examples for the sales pitch. So your "agent" can get the embassy to overlook insufficient documentary evidence for Softpower applicants? If your "agent_ is such a problem solver why have other applicants it "assisted" were rejected? What went wrong with this amazing assistance when it fails others?

Yep, the OP/agent needs to rethink the promotion lines.

With missing paperwork, the embassy contacts the applicant directly to submit it. 100s of posts confirm this. Refusals are given also by applicants using agents as multiple posts on this forum show.

You need to also send contract/ cert of employment and portfolio.
