Hey would love some help. I work for a UAE based company.

But I’m applying from London as a U.K. citizen does this matter when applying from the London embassy please guys.

I saw the requirement mention this and thought it meant the company must be U.K. based:

“Employment contract or employment certificate in their country or professional portfolio showcasing digital nomad, remote worker, foreign talent or freelancer status”

Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about applying for a visa from the London embassy while employed by a UAE-based company as a UK citizen. I’m a UK citizen applied in London but work for a Singapore registered fully remote company. As long as they say you can work remotely it’s fine

As long as you can get a letter from your employer giving you permission to work remotely from Thailand and confirming you won't work for any Thai clients or interact with Thai companies your good

You are fine working for a UAE firm, applying in London. You must not work for a Thai company/clients. The requirement is to present the docs relating to your place of work which can be in the UK or anywhere else in the world aside from Thailand.
