You didn't seek this type of information when you got married ? ..or before that . Just a bit stunned that you are asking for visas that would apply to tourists as you are married with a baby on the way .

Please consult with an immigration lawyer on your rights as someone married to a Thai national.I would suggest asking the group the direction of proper agents / immi lawyers to advise with and or how to not get scammed in the process .I wish you the best of luck and congratulations 🎉 🤞🏽

Thank you . I was just kinda like "hmm how you wouldn't think to get the marriage certified in the country where she is nationalised?" Knowing you go back and forth and most likely will extend the family .I also wasn't sure if this was a real post as many of them are not .

I'm trying to understand how this person went through the legalities of marrying this woman and asking for short term visa stays ? Now she's pregnant ? Where is he living fulltime ? Is she living in Thailand and you are visiting from time to time ?I don't want to sound insensitive, but it just sounds so "passport bro". If he did any research the question would most likely have something to do with interpreting the laws. Just seems to be a little too old to be this ignorant and irresponsible. Immigration lawyer stat.I woke up super early today so allow me to reread the post.💀🙏🏽
