In my experience, anything that can get this FB page in trouble gets thrown out.

If it's a fake insurrer, that is between the customer and insurrer.

But if it's a cheating visa agent on this expat page, Immigration is going to come after the information source.

And Immigration does not care if the site Moderators had nothing to do with it.

I understood you the first time. Think Lawrence had some Confirmation Bias/Cognative Dissonance issues.

A Non-O is generally concidered a long-stay Visa and you can keep renewing it if you jump through all the hoops.

Since I was accused of trying to live on a Tourist Visa in Thailand, but a Non O is ok for that. Then affectively, a Non-O could be accurately considered a "Residency Visa."

But you are right, they don't call it that.

That means nothing. Especially from TAT. Before the new "Amnesty" extention, Immigration was telling everyone there would be no extention. Even though the high officials said Immigration would make the final decision, the highest officials made it.

TAT is very low on the totem pole. How would they know?

Yeah, if they used forged anything on their customers Visa's, they are screwing themselves and all their customers.

Thai Immigration always assumes the customer knew and was in on it.

It is so dumb because Immigration has Computer Databases now. They record when you come I an when you go out. And all the Visas, permits, and extentions they, or Foreign Affairs, give you.

Unless they have someone on the inside entering false info in the system, presenting it to immigration is sending yourself to jail.

If it is "Visa Forging" it would be obvious. It would not be in any computer database.

The Canibus should have nothing to do with Visas.

That is strange. Last I heard, it was the opposite and Cambodian Consulates were not issuing them. But, I agree, everyone should check there first.

Technically, Cambodia is open but there are a lot of hoops to jump through.

Test before and after arrival. $165 USD for the test on the Cambodia end, Covid Insurrance, $3000 USD deposit that will be refunded if you test negative minus the testing fee. But if anyone in your group tests positive, it's a 14 day quaranteen paid for out of the Deposit.

There may be stuff I forgot.

Oh, online visa is not an option and I think the Embassies are not issuing them. So, you need to roll the dice and buy a Visa on Arrival.
