If we are talking Infrastructure, I can only compare cities. Of the cities I have been to in Asean, the top 3 (in order) for infrastructure are:

1. Kuala Lumpur

2. Hong Kong (not really Asean, I know)

3. Bangkok

Technically there is no law limiting a tourists to 180 days in a 12 month period but try to explain that to Immigration as they are sending you home.

I know sometimes that works but you may have to go to several bank branches.

They wanted 1 Million Baht and a long-term visa from me 3 years ago.

Do you have the correct visa? A Marriage Visa?

Can you open an account with 800k and take 400 out?
