So, as it is my first time ever to apply for a 90 day visa I should be okay without funds this first and only time? Thanks again in advance.

This is true. Last year my 60 day stamp ran May 13th until July 14th. Could it be because I’m asking for another one inside one year all bar a week or so. Though, they should have then given me a one year extension from July 14th and not July 8th?

I’ve never applied for a 90 day Non-O. This is why I am very unsure how to go about it. I have for the last three years had a Non-O marraige visa and only on my previous Non-O did I ask for a 60 day extension.

Thank you. This sounds more positive again. As I mentioned in other comments I will only have seven days to show for my 400k in MY bank account. Should this be okay? This is just for a 90 day Non-O visa so in 90 days after that I can apply at my local immigration office properly.

I have not used an extension with my current Non-O marraige visa.

Thank you. This is why I am baffled and now in a panic after saving 400k hard for a year just needing a little more time to have my funds season in my account and not my joint account.

I used it last year as my last Non -O visa ran out. The end date would have been July 8th 2024 when I received my new Non -O.
