nope, pretty obscure document, it's literally just for wife to fill out as a guarantor of husband and it's called "statement"

So just to recap, best way forward without transferring money from home country to Thailand is get work permit with ME Non-O, work for 3 months and then apply for stay based on marriage

Thank you very much for all the info. One last question, about the 400k, I have it in Canadian bank account, and was used to approve the 1 year O visa, can I just submit the same bank statement, or does it have to be verified through my embassy?
