Is TM30 mandatory for stays less than 30 days in Thailand?

I as the tenant have my TM30, filed by the landlord but I’m not filing the TM30 for every friend that stays at my place, am I? That’s what your comment suggests “occupant that accommodates a foreigner must notify immigration”

As a tenant, I have no credentials to file TM30 for others and that responsibility lies with the owner of the property

I applied on 24th sep. It has been in pending approval state since the 29th of September. I've sent 3 emails to the embassy and haven't received a reply.

Indian passport. Hold valid Residency in Portugal and applied as remote worker
