 it's in the other group, they put a copy of the form they have been giving out at some of the immigration offices. I'm not home yet so not looking for it right now but if you're a member there it was posted up earlier today by Tod.

Go to immigration, get form for extension, pay the fee and get a stamp is what I'd imagine most people are going to do.

 yes but the idea is you are joining your Thai husband/wife in Thailand...if she's not there then I doubt the Thai Embassy would issue a COE but I could be wrong.

 if based on retirement then no. If based on marriage to a Thai or having a Thai child then yes.
