She is obviously a genuine tourist and has not had extentions on top of her previous visa exempt visits . She can go ahead and book and will be fine . Thailand welcomes tourists such as her .

If she is really worried , she can apply to the Thai Embassy online for a tourist visa .

 in a few cases yes , but many in other banks have due to their visa status , that's a fact and calling me a liar is totally disrespectful.

The issue is your visa status . If you opened your account using a tourist visa , or DTV / Education visa ect its open for scrutiny.
