Normal tests - sometimes a simple low key local clinic in Thailand will provide results even without testing. It certainly was like that for me.

Even in Saudi Arabia I was told to produce a stool test. I couldn’t so, they wrote it down for me.

Maybe you should consider a non IMM type of visa. Type B then You get 90 days. Needs a letter from your spouse. And needs to be applied at your Thai embassy
