In theory yes but some Immigration Offices will not issue the 60 day Visit Thai Family extension on a tourism entry stamp and others will only issue this if the 30 day tourism extension is taken first. The answer is the OP qualifies for a Non-O marriage visa which gives the required 90 days on entry so Immigratrion will be pushing more in this direction now.
