 you go in to have a biometric photo taken then the limit will be increased

 You said you had a Non-OA not a Non-O so that's why it's more paperwork including medical insurance

 an Non-OA extension will always require medical insurance until you break your link with the initial Non-OA

Sounds like you were using Wise incorrectly for your transfers. You use the "reason" being the last option in this drop down menu
