You can download western union app and send yourself as much as you want for a very small fee, think I paid £1.50 and sent myself £1000 last time, just pop into the closest Western union with your passport and collect. Super easy

You can use western union transfers until you find a solution, simply transfer to a friend/family member, they can pick up straight away only showing ID, for up to £1000 is only £4 fee..hope this helps a little
