I’m actually British living in France, I contacted the British embassy. They don’t deal with any of this it’s not their remit helpful not

I’ve sent copy of itinerary/receipt from air China with outward flight on. Also copy of visa, but axa want copy of ticket (didn’t check in online so impossible to get), or boarding pass (don’t have)
