Hi, I’m coming to Thailand for more than 30 days and intending to get an extension while I’m here , on the Visa form shall I put the 30 days or put the 45 days I intend to stay even though I haven’t got approval to extend yet. Thanks for any help.

What is the limit for TOTAL days as a tourist in a year?

Eg: I travel in/out of Thailand often, within the same tourist visa expiration date-

Is there a limit to the total number of days or visas, I’m allowed in the country as a tourist?

Does anyone know if I can extend my Thai visa exemption (60 days) in the Trang immigration office? I don't really want to go up to BKK. If I can, what do I need for this, and how far in advance can I extend it? thanks

Hello everyone. Very good information on this site. I am currently in USA and have applied for LTR-P visa on October 14th with BOI. Still shows pending on their website but I would expect to get info (approval) from them this coming week. I am a little confused about the next step in the process. I know I can applie for the actual visa from Thai Consulate in Los Angeles??? Not sure how long that process takes or additional paperwork required. However, I am due to arrive in Bangkok on December 8th. Can I or should I complete the process once I get into Bangkok? I am only going to be in Thailand for 60 days this trip and already have a 60 day visa from consulate. Thank you.

Asking for friends please, Polish national. They are going to Cambodia overland but on the way back. Can they still coming back to Thailand by bus ? I’m a Malaysian passport holder currently in Thailand Bangkok.

I have a

1. visa exemption stamp 30days at Don Mueang airport.

2. And I also got my Visa EXTENSION in Thai immigration +30days.

Is there any way I can further extend my stay here ? And how long would that be ?

I heard that I’ll be able to get a Covid extension stamp at immigratjon for 60days before July 25th.

Is that true ?
