No sorry, you are at the end of the road. Best you could get is a 7 day stamp to leave the country

I'm fairly sure when they give you the 7 days stamp, it's taken from the day you apply, not added to your existing stamp

please make sure you are fully insured for asymptomatic covid needing a quarantine hotel etc . Many are finding they are just covered for medical expenses

a tip, before she loads her documents, convert the multiple JPEG images (of her lease etc) into a single multi page PDF. And keep the file size small

we thought the same, but only needed to use my gf's lease and Thai ID and didn't need to involve the owner of the condo building

You gf can register on the system and request a user name if she has a lease etc. Then she can add your details once she has access. Worked for us in Bangkok
