If your girlfriend has all the documents, and that's where you are staying she can register on the tm30 system, and once she has a user name, she can complete your TM30.

Yes best to be correct with immigration, they will likely do a home visit while you are on the under consideration period, to check you live there and speak with your neighbours to verify etc.

You will need to do a formal change of address when you move, different from the TM30, I forget the TM number

thanks for coming back to me. Yes, my mistake, if it has already been approved, you have to enter with it. However if it hasn't been approved when you enter, say a late application, then it can be approved while you are in Thailand, and you can use on the next visit.
