What do I need to consider when applying for a visa in Kuala Lumpur with a rental agreement?

Should be fine. I always just put my intended stay as 60 days, then get the extension. It's a smooth operation over there....12:30 cutoff for applications, pick up next day 2:30 - 4:30...Hope all goes well 😃

Got mine done there last week. Be aware that they are also asking for copy of ticket OUT of Thailand (they didn't ask me for this in Jan).
