Is the online TM30 form currently experiencing issues and how can I successfully complete it?

I used to be able to use the online 90-day reporting thing but not anymore. The last way I did it was via Thai post. FYI, I couldn’t download from Apple to my iPad using the link above link, either. It says, “Cannot connect to Apple Store.”

And don’t even get me started on why you only have a 3-day window to renew your visa. What if you were ill at that time? Couldn’t make it to the IO? Or your wife was sick or couldn’t get time off work? These IO rules get more unreasonable each year.

ok thanks. Appreciate the reply. Do you happen to know if this new 3-day rule is only for CW or in all IOs in Thailand? I’m thinking of changing to Chonburi for my next 1-year extension as I have property there also. Dealing with CW even once a year sends me nuts!

Wow. I heard they’d stopped that and are even opening on Saturdays now. Also, I’m wondering what Covid has to do with not allowing renewals unless within 3 days of an expiry date? How would Covid affect whether it’s 45 days out or only 3?
