Anyone know what the problem is with the online application system at the Thai Embassy in London? Seems to have a mind of its own. Crashes continually and seems incapable of accepting info. Anyone have similar problems?

Sounds like normal Thai .....be shocked and astounded if it actually works

I used it about 6 weeks ago. I couldn’t get it to work properly with safari, switched to chrome browser and it worked better, still took several attempts. Got there in the end with it.

worked ok with edge but the download limits on file sizes are a real pain. Gave up trying on my Ipad
