Anyone know why the 90-day online immigration webpage is down? Has been for over a week. Also, if you have to now visit in person, in the Muang thong Thani office, can you also get the residence certificate there, too, or do you need to go to Chaeng Wattana for that? I need it for my Thai driving license renewal appointment next month. Also, if you opt for them to send you the residence certificate (takes 1-2 weeks for them to process), do you need to provide an envelope, stamp with your address on it? TIA.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day online immigration webpage has been down for over a week, requiring individuals to visit the Muang Thong Thani office for in-person reporting. At this office, you can also obtain a residence certificate for 200 baht, which will be mailed to your address without needing to provide a stamp or envelope. However, it is necessary to have filed a TM30 and present the receipt from the 90-day report to apply for the residence certificate.

Okay, the 90 day online system has been down now since mid week last week. Meaning you go to Muang Thong Thani to file your 90 day report in person.

Good news is you also get a residence certificate at Muang Thong Thani too (at Counter B). It's 200baht and they mail it to you in about a week.

You don't need a stamp or envelope or anything

BUT

you will need to have filed a TM30 (and have the receipt) and have a receipt from having filed a 90 day report in order to apply for one.

Thanks Tod. Lots of useful information there.

When I needed a residence certificate I was asked for a 100 baht and they would send to my current address.

Alas, the letter never arrived and when I went to CW next time they gave it to me on the spot.

George I replied to your message earlier, but it seems to have now been removed. Strange.
