From what Ive read last hour it's 10k baht to extend, but can do 180 days x 10 bounce instead. So less costly to bounce but more time consuming.

From what I understand the extension is 10k baht but you can do 180 x 10 border bounce instead of 180 + 180 days extension + bounce repeat 4 more times. Less costly to bounce every 180 days.

The cost is NOT 10k every 180 days. Frank is factually correct about everything. It's in writing, if you can't read properly and understand what multi entry means, not his fault.

Incorrect, tourist visa entry by land have no limitation per calendar year, only visa exempt entry are limited.

No, most people have their money invested and having money stuck in a 1% gain account for 3 months is not a thing they will do.

Also, most people have money invested, and will not tie up 500k baht for months in an account. We've been through this before with other visa attempt.

Those are significantly better because you can extend forever without leaving the country. This one is 6 months only with 10k baht to extend another 6 months. And the reason why the LTR failed completely is because of too much financial requirement.
