My bank contacted TMB and they would only open a service ticket with Transferwise. Don't count on it. Remember- you have no account with them- the partner bank.

Cool... Thanks. Might just apply for an OA when I return to the US, but now that I've gone through all of the funding and other nonsense- I have some flexibility. I figured I will have to return before the end of my extension, otherwise, I lose my Non-O and restart the process.

Yes I did. It still requires 90 day check in. Benefit- it's a 1 year Visa that is renewable annually allowing you to stay in country indefinitely.
