I just received my Non-Imm Type OA Visa. There is no "enter by" date. Am I still able to take a border run toward the end of my first year to have it stamped one year later? The ONLY dates on my Visa are Valid from (the date they processed the Visa) and Valid Until (1 year from the date issued) and my birthdate. If someone can clarify how this works, I would appreciate it.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The Non-Immigrant Type OA Visa is valid for one year from the issue date. Since your visa does not have an 'enter by' date, you can exit and re-enter Thailand before the visa's expiration date to receive a new stamp granting you an additional year in the country. It is important to ensure you do this before the visa's valid until date.

All visas issued by thai consulates have a "valid until", "enter before" "date of expir" or "must be utilized" by date. Non-Immigrant Type O-A visas are good for a year from the date they're issued. Meaning if you exit/re-enter the country just prior to the date the visa expires you'll get stamped in for a new year.
Oh. Ok. Others previously alwasys spoke of the Enter by date, which is different. Hope it works- the Visa process is brutal. Hopefully extension is easier
